Joan Small has been involved with computers since the 1980's when she purchased her first Commodore 64 (64kb) computer, and taught herself how to use it. She continued to upgrade her computers, using them extensively in her private and business life.
The Internet World
In the early 1990's despite living in the remote township of Tennant Creek, Joan learned how to use the Internet at its beginnings. She helped create a professional website for the Tourist Association of which she was General Manager. This generated Joan's enthusiasm for website design, and when she moved to the Gold Coast in 2001 she was able to learn the latest techniques to create websites for others. By nurturing valuable partnerships with web hosts, designers, programmers and other experts in the field, 'Website Design Gold Coast' is able to design websites that work for individuals and businesses in Australia and overseas.
